Overview

We supply custom metal castings for pump and valve bodies, gearbox housings, bearing supports and other industrial components. We help select a casting route around the part’s geometry, material, internal features and production requirements. Our partner network supports sand casting and investment casting, with cast-steel, cast-iron and aluminum options selected for the application. For parts that require more than an as-cast blank, we coordinate machining, heat treatment, surface finishing and specified inspection. This connects the casting process with the operations needed to finish functional bores, sealing faces, mounting points and other critical interfaces.

Supply options

Casting routes

Sand casting and investment casting for custom metal components.

Material choices

Cast-steel, cast-iron and aluminum options matched to the application.

3D-printed sand molds

3D-printed sand molds for suitable casting geometries.

Follow-on work

Coordinate machining, heat treatment, finishing and specified inspection.

Casting methods

Choose a molding route to suit geometry, surface detail and production volume.

Sand casting

A sand mold defines the cavity; sand cores can form internal passages and hollow regions.

3D-printed sand molds

Printed sand geometry provides another mold route for selected complex shapes.

Investment casting

A ceramic shell is built around a disposable wax pattern to capture detailed contours.

Automatic and shell molding

Automatic molding forms sand molds in a mechanized sequence; shell molding forms thin resin-bonded sand shells on heated patterns.

Materials

Cast alloy choice follows service properties, component weight and the selected molding route.

Cast steel

A ferrous casting choice when a design calls for steel properties and cast geometry.

Austempered ductile iron (ADI)

A heat-treated ductile iron family used where strength, toughness and fatigue behavior matter.

Aluminum casting alloys

A lower-density option when reducing component mass is useful.

AMES partner profiles list cast steel for AMES-CAST-01 and ADI for AMES-CAST-02; aluminum alloys are broader network options. Material and route are matched to the part.

Employee and output figures describe each independent partner profile overall.
