We supply standard and custom fasteners for assemblies, including bolts, screws, studs, nuts and pins. Metric and inch options include specified metric coarse or fine threads and inch Unified UNC/UNF series. Head styles include socket-head cap screws, hex-head bolts and screws, and 12-point fasteners. We coordinate custom dimensions, head design, material and finish with the drawing and joint requirements, and can provide locking or anti-loosening solutions. DIN/ISO product references, ASME inch-thread or dimensional requirements, and applicable ASTM or SAE material and property standards are matched to the order. Fasteners can be sourced as standard items or produced to a drawing through independent partners.

Inch-series fasteners with UNC or UNF threads and ASME dimensional requirements. Material and strength requirements can follow the specified ASTM or SAE standard, including ASTM A574 for inch-series alloy-steel socket-head cap screws.
Socket-head cap screws, hex-head bolts and screws, and 12-point fasteners. Choose standard head forms or custom geometry to suit tool access, installation clearance and assembly requirements.
Drawing-based fasteners with custom dimensions, head designs, materials and surface finishes. We also provide locking and anti-loosening solutions selected for the joint, operating conditions and installation requirements.
Blank forming, thread creation and finishing are distinct steps matched to the specified fastener.
Heated stock is shaped into a fastener blank before threading and finishing.
A heading die upsets wire or rod stock to form the fastener head.
Dies displace material on the blank to form threads without cutting them.
CNC turning can form specified diameters and features; surface treatment finishes selected surfaces.
Fastener material selection follows joint loads, exposure and the applicable product specification.
A common choice where the joint calls for defined strength and clamping performance.
Can suit exposed service where corrosion resistance is needed; grade follows load and environment.
A lower-density option when fastener mass matters and the joint requirements allow it.
AMES-FAST-01 lists steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Material grade, property class and finish follow the specified joint.
Employee and output figures describe each independent partner profile overall.
