Overview

We supply CNC-machined housings, bearing blocks, flanges, shafts and other components that need finished bores, threads, faces or mounting interfaces. Our manufacturing network offers CNC turning, milling, drilling and grinding. Machining can be ordered as a standalone service or as a finishing step for castings, forgings, fasteners and other supplied blanks. We coordinate operations around the drawing datums, material and part geometry, then connect machining with upstream processes when a product needs multiple manufacturing steps.

Supply options

Machining operations

CNC turning, milling, drilling and grinding, including multi-axis machining.

Typical parts

Typical fit includes housings, bearing blocks, flanges and shafts.

Supplied blanks

Machine castings, forgings, fasteners and other supplied blanks.

Process integration

Coordinate finished interfaces with upstream casting or forging.

Machining operations

CNC machining centers

Three-, four- and five-axis machining centers handle complex contours and multi-face features. Five-axis access can reduce repositioning and re-clamping.

Milling

Rotating cutters create flat faces, pockets, steps and profiles.

Turning

A rotating workpiece is cut to create or finish cylindrical features.

Drilling and boring

Hole-making and bore-finishing operations establish openings and interfaces.

Post-process machining

Cast or forged blanks can receive finishing at specified datums and interfaces.

Materials

We machine a wide range of materials. See our sample material list.
